When I was 26, I established Environment Design Institute (EDI). In 2008, EDI will celebrate the 40th anniversary. ‘Environment Design’ is to design environments of various scales such as nation, regions, cities, architecture, landscape architecture, interior, industrial design, play sculptures, furniture,and etc. The basis is to design rich environments growing the next generations. And also, of course, it has to be beautiful, safe and comfortable and helps raising values of environments.
