We at EDI, propose the following three points as a partner for PFI projects.
- We have viewpoints of government and project organizers both based on various experiences. We grasp their substantial needs precisely and make promotion for projects to bring benefits for both of them.
- We regard maintenance and management as significant. We have been researching about design and use of facilities. Our strength is in facility planning with much consideration of maintenance and management, and also partnership with various organizations who could actually manage.
- We make PFI projects which require a high quality of management, possible. The main task for it is to pursue reasonable cost and realization of high quality. So far, we have realized to create facilities with high quality with the equal cost. By considering the advantages of the PFI system, we do our best to promote high quality projects and continuous support.
